Insurance details were not explained well enough. I thought one tank of petrol wasn't enough . With $200 ferry crossing plus $100 petrol plus $100 insurances it seemed alot for someone to return a vehicle the company needed back to base.

I don’t think a cleaner came through the car before we used it. Whether that is part of it? As there was a bit of rubbish including a large plastic hammer inside. Made for some fun photos on the way to chch though.
