When I returned my car, Europcar had another person's name on their system. In addition they have mistakenly charged me the full price for a free relocation. Very angry and upset, and I guess it will be me that has to sort if out. Please make sure the companies you deal with have competent procedures in place so your customers are not let down. I'll be off to Wellington airport to sort this out in the morning. Thanks, Mark

Not really, although the rental operator could learn what is meant by the word communicate and when they say that they will send emails with all the info it would be a good idea to actually send them.

Try to negotiate longer periods or reduced rates for extra days. We ended up paying $150 for 3 days from Adelaide to Melbourne. It worked out about the same as a single location rental.
