The search results could be improved, some suggestions: did you mean option, close by locations if the one chosen is not available. Other than that, a quick and clear web interface. I did not try the app. Thank you!

When submitting a request for an advertised relocation, it would be good to have the facility to ask a question. So that a question can be asked of the rental company. For example I would like to be able to do an after hours drop off etc.
