Quicker communication. After being told the reservation was cancelled by yourselves, reserved another relocation. When I arrived at the Car Rental office, they mentioned they had me down for 2 relocations.

Help to pay the fuel or the insurrance because it is a service that we give to compagnies, and even if it is'free', with insurrance and fuel this is not so free.

The email communication from the rental company to me in the early stages, immediately after the offer of a car, was not very timely. I ended up having to phone them if I had any questions - and being out first time using Transfercar I had a few questions!!! That’s probably out of your control though!

Too expensive if we have any damage with the car. More expensive than if we rent the car

Honest pick up time. We had to wait 6 hour's before we got the vehicle. A huge improvement on that please.
