The rental car company weren’t notified of the booking so didn’t have the car ready. They bent over backwards to sort this for us.

While the customer experience with staff was of a high standard, the vehicle was presented in a poor state in regards to cleanliness. The vehicle grooming was of a poor standard with the inside of the window extremely dirty, stains on the drivers seat and did not appear to have been hoovered. In general a good experience but understand some of these factors are difficult to control. Thanks and regards, Tony

The rental company was a nightmare. I had to wait over an hour for the keys. They also had hidden chargers that were not mentioned when booked. I've had really good transfer through TransferCar in the past. But I would never recommend Lucky Rental and believe you should not offer their Services in the future. Thanks Jimmy
