Make it clearer that there will be a large bond taken from credit card and how long it will be before it is repaid. Possibly find some way of refunding it as soon as the car is returned. Maybe offer a loyalty programme of some sort?

The hire car was not available when I went to get it. There were no transfers available in the foreseeable future. I had confirmed my reservation only 3 days prior. I was not notified by the car rental agency or transfer car that there would not be a car available. I ended up forking out $400 for a hire car, which came close to ruining my holiday. I would recommend redspot or enterprise car hire be excluded from your site.

Use a better payment system. I almost didn’t book because my bank warned me that the payment could be fraud.
