Yes. 1] Estimated distances displayed are sometimes misleading inaccurate. 2] Rental companies should compensate relocation drivers if they cancel a relocation, after it has already been booked confirmed. This is rare, but really frustrating. Drivers can be penalised if they break contract, what about companies? Otherwise great system. Warwick Graham

Computer system was down when we arrived to pick up the car. Had to wait 30mins. Dropping the car off could have been signed better as it took us a while to find where to drop the car off. Apart from those hiccups the service was fine. Thanks :)

When i picked the car up at christchurch, i had not been cleaned and was a mess. The staff were not too bothered about this. When i dropped off in Auckland, the staff were excellent: professional, courteous and generous with their time.

The type of car should be more accurate. i requested for Rav4 (or similar) but got a Corolla hatchback instead. Otherwise it was a pleasant service.

From my last transfer (Dec 22) I did not receive a booking reference email from Europcar so when I went to collect I initially thought I was not going to get the car on that day but thankfully they sorted it all out.

My friend ended up in the hospital on our trip and you charged me as if it was a rental car. We got it all the way to Christchurch for you. You had absolutely no sympathy for the fact that we couldnt finish our road trip, we had to pay hundreds in medical bills and more money to purchase a plane ticket to Auckland. And you still charged us.
