I am a solo traveller and was given a huge 8 seater van that was an imax Hyundai. I had never driven such a large vehicle and even expressed my concern with driving it. It made for a stressful drive and difficult to park. I wont be doing that again. It was an inconsiderate allocation and Thrifty couldn't have cared less even after i told them i was worried about such a big car. I also feel there is deceitful marketing as i even chose a picture on your site for a small vehicle 5 seater of which i was accepted. Only when u read the fine print you see that they may give you a van. Its cheeky and i feel using the very people who are trying to travel on a budget. I would have been better of renting an apex small car and paying less for petrol aswell. Never again.
