Sometimes the rental car companies can be a bit tricky, it’s usually the smaller companies and they advertise they have a depot at the airport but it is miles away and hard to get to.

I would not recommend the company I went with as the vehicle was not ready for me to collect at the arranged time delaying me by 2.5 hours creating huge amounts of stress and making me miss appointments. Perhaps you could get the companies who list with you

Really it's down to the hire car company. Some are good and some really rubbish. As a 'relocator' it can feel like you're treated to 3rd class. Also it's frustrating trying again and again for a specific journey to be turned down with no explanation (what am I doing wrong?/Should I even bother trying again?) especially when time runs out. How you could do better? - Give the hire-car companies a kick up the bum. Perhaps allow us to be specific with our ratings so that you can identify where the problems are there. Thanks for the service though - it's good when it works!
