Maybe more detailed information. Vehicles like RVs can be difficult to drive depending on class and size. Slightly better communication methods.

Thrifty Canberra City was unaware of the booking and after some confusion provided a car that had mechanical issues known when the car was received (would not start easily on first try), which then had to be switched at Thrifty Sydney Airport somewhat defeating the 'transfer' purpose. My experience with transfercar had otherwise been great, and I intend to take a few more trips in the coming months. Cheers

Taking AMEX on the booking system. We (members) don't mind paying any fees involved. They are an important sponsor of mine and would use Transfer Car more often if you accepted this card on booking.
