Only problem I had was in locating the handbrake which in the Hyundai is on the floor and really a foot rake! Certainly fooled me!

Be a bit clearer about Hidden charges re: insurance excess

I had to query the amount loaded on my credit card which turned out to be the daily charge for the insurance cover i chose.I delivered the car 1 day early so it was availablle for lease that day no refund was available.

The agent should provide clearer instruction inclusions. The camper we hired, we were not allowed to use anything inside. Although this would not have been an issue, we were not advised in any communication that this would occur. I understand transfercar is the agent and not responsible for this, however making agents put further details of whether kit is available for use, or anything that isn't available for use, would be of great help.

Your website. On my phone I had a hard time finding a specific route I was thinking of doing. All I could get was the list of 300+ options. Too much time wasted!
