Yes , aerodrive made an error saying I had the car 2 days longer than I actually did. When you call them you go through to their reservations staff. They were so unhelpful and were rude and ended up fabricating some story to try to get rid of me. Thankfully after sticking too my guns Paul in Christchurch sorted me out and restored my faith. I love your service and want to use you again very soon and will not let this taint my view. It is a fantastic option you offer for people to move around the country.

Pick up and drop off were quick and easy. The vehicle was easy to use, although it would have been good to have a cheat sheet on how to use/access some of the features (it took a bit of searching to find the fuel cap release!)

Making it claer that airport pickups are not included, and that car needs to be picked up before 5 p.m. I was not aware of this until the booking was confirmed

The car rental people to get it right re the charges I was charged for fuel when fuel was included - to their credit it is being sorted however first time this has happened - and the first time ever I have had a car from Europcar
