I am happy with service only suggestion I have is charging double the amount for fuel I think not reasonable

The companies you use could be better. EastCoast Rentals were ok. Adventure Rentals were not. They asked for a lot of things to be done and as I ws on a cruise it was extremely difficult. Then they took the "hold" of the the rental car before we even collected it. As it's a lot of money, my bank acct is frozen which is extremely difficult for us being on the road for another week. Also, the outlet in Adelaide was a nightmare to find even with GPS

I got a car through you from Wild Campers. There was no indication from you that it was going to be a beaten up filthy car with virtually no fuel and I booked an extra day which cost $100 when their normal daily rate is less than $30 per day. It was so bad I used another car for part of the rental period
