The fine print is a KILLER on these relocation rentals.
These 2 major clauses should be in BOLD print, at the point of accepting the rental.
1. Vehicles over 2.8m tall are tolled like trucks on most Sydney toll roads. So a $10 toll becomes $30. added about $65 to our trip home - This is known by THL and it is very unfair not to tell people this.
2. You can;t drive the vehicles after sunset until sunrise.
Again, this should be in BOLD print at the point you accept the rental.
VERY, VERY disappointing and FRUSTRATING to not know these things ahead of time.
Do better, and don't hide these significant items to the public.
I'm absolutely disgusted with the shock of these massive toll charges that have jsut come through from THL, have emailed them and requested a phone call.

Hi Team. I suppose its not so much you, but the hire company. I had organised to take a large 8 seater van from Sydney to Hobart. My reason for taking such a large vehicle was that I had a large amount of gear that had to be relocated from Canberra to Hobart for my daughter. I made the booking on the ferry to Tasmania with the details and registration number of the larger vehicle as advised by UR Drive. When I went to pick up the vehicle, they advised that it was out on a rental and was no longer available. They offered me a much smaller van, and then asked that I carry a large box to their Hobart office. The size of the van was considerably smaller than I had booked. On driving the car, I found it had a gearbox fault and was not able to be driven. After some time, they eventually offered me a Volkswagen Tiguan which was nearly a third of the size of the Staria which I was supposed to have. I reluctantly took the car because I did not want to lose the money from the booking on the ferry as well as having to pay my airfare back to Hobart from Sydney. I was barely able to take anything from storage in Canberra, and now will be forced to make another trip.

1. Allow more listing for debut card option.
2. Bond refund quicker. We are still waiting our bond refund 5days later. Impression from staff it would be a immediate once bond released. Times are tough, if you can make this a quicker turnaround be pleasant not a bad after taste of experience.

Very bad mini van. Radio was not working gas stove not working properly. All USB connections had an issue. The Bed was a very thin matrass were you felt the metallic structure underneath..Returned it one day earlier and still wait for my money to be returned.
