I think a better assessment of the vehicle to be relocated would be helpful - I can drive a manual car so no problem for me but others may have struggled particularly because the gear shifting in this vehicle was very worn - the vehicle had done more than 700000 kl and getting to the end of its useful working life from my perspective.

Because you failed to advertise the correct daily cost and misrepresented the price by omitting the RUC charge.

We were told when we booked that we would get one free tank of gas. But when we picked up the car we were told we definitely needed to return it with a full tank of gas. So no free gas.
Also (no fault if transfercar) ww had no idea the ferry crossing would be so expensive! We heard there are other companies who pay part or all of the ferry crossing. We'll look out for that if we ever do it again.
